About

Established in 1936, the Corbett national park is today home to more than 200 tigers, but it's not necessarily easy to spot the big cat. Of course, you can get lucky and sighting chances are better from April to June. Nevertheless there are many beasts in this jungle, and locals will tell you that the spirit of Jim Corbett – who loved the wild and wrote the iconic book 'The Man-Eaters of Kumaon' – hovers around too!
