With two rooms on the ground floor and another two on the first floor, the Villa also houses a fully functional modular kitchen and a dining & living room with cable TV. While each room has an attached washroom, the rooms on the first floor both also have large private balconies attached.

Located a stone’s throw away from the popular beaches and churches of North Goa, there is plenty on offer to engage all kinds of travellers. Visit the former Portuguese military base at Fort Aguada or go over to Candolim Beach, 2 KM from the villa complex. Each of the beaches of North Goa offers a different local vibe, with Calangute and Baga being a party hotspot while Anjuna & Vagator beaches further north offer a quieter getaway and are also known for some of the best fine dining restaurants in town. Closer to the villa itself, the Candolim-Calangute road (5 minutes from the villa) is a shoppers delight with a number of local flea markets as well as authentic Goan restaurants lining the streets.

V Tip

While Fort Aguada, the chief local attraction here, is open to visitors through the day, we recommend an early morning visit to avoid the tourist rush that builds post noon.
