V Resorts Saams Houseboat Alleppey

There are 2 houseboats, one with 2 rooms and the other with 3. All rooms in the houseboats have a big bay window with comfortable seating arrangement, with cushions for guests to sit and look out. There are super luxury rooms on the super luxury house boat and 3 deluxe rooms in the Luxury House Boat.

Employment to local villagers of Alleppey. They also mainatin their Bio Tank on the boat conscientiously in order to not disturb the ecosystem on the waterway, and have employed solar geysers.


Once described as the "Venice of the East" by Lord Curzon Alleppey is network of tranquil canals and lagoons and is considered to be one of the oldest planned cities in this region. The 19th-century lighthouse here is believed to be among the first of its kind. Alleppey also serves as the access point for the annual Nehru Trophy Boat Race, held on the Punnamada Lake.
