Suggested Itinerary

Start your exploration of god’s own country with a city tour of Kochi. Once you’ve checked into the resort and enjoyed the welcome drinks on offer, put on a comfortable pair of shoes to set out for the rest of the day.

After settling in, you can either indulge in leisure activities at the resort or go for a stroll around the property. However, if you want to head outdoors, then you have plenty of options to keep you thoroughly engaged. You can begin with a visit to Fort Kochi. Located at a distance of 6.7 kms from the main city, Fort Kochi is one of the oldest places in the state. Portuguese settlers have left remnants of their culture behind, which the township magnificently highlights through its cobbled streets and several historic artifacts. The place is also known for its fishing villages so don’t be surprised if you see a lot of nets cast out in the sea.

Head back to the resort after an exploratory day and indulge in a traditional dinner.

Wake up to a warm breakfast at the resort. Today, you will leave for the next destination of your trip which is Munnar. Since it is located at a distance of 132 kms from Kochi, you will reach there by late afternoon. After you are welcomed by the staff at the resort, you can check in your room and unwind from your journey.

After you are well-rested, you can either indulge in leisure activities at the resort or go for a stroll around the park.

Return to the resort and have your dinner at the resort made from local spices.

Wake up to a scrumptious breakfast at the resort. The crisp morning air calls for a yoga or meditation session. Take your call and do what you feel like the most. This day is for exploring the lush green and vast tea gardens of Munnar, an attraction it is most popular for.

While there are many private tea factories all around Munnar, the one that is open to public is the Lockhart Tea Factory. Take a cab or bus to the tea estate, located approximately 15 km from Munnar. A guided tour of this 160-year-old tea factory will help you understand the nuances of the entire process of tea making.

After indulging in freshly brewed tea, you can head to Attukal Falls, one of the most scenic waterfalls of Munnar. Located just 9 km away from the main town, this is a must-visit scenic destination. With cascading waters falling down from a rolling hill, the sight is nothing less than surreal. There are trekking trails around the waterfall for the adventure enthusiasts as well.

Head back to the resort and have your dinner. Sign off for the day.

Wake up at your own leisure and post breakfast prepare for your next destination, Thekkady, located at a distance of 90 km from Munnar. Upon your arrival at the resort, relish on your welcome drinks and check into your room. Unwind at the resort with your favourite book or enjoy leisure activities that are available at the resort. Nature walks or a visit to the windmills closeby can be items on your self planned itinerary for the day.

In the evening, you can opt for a live bonfire at the resort or sit in the lawns and enjoy your evening tea. Have dinner at the resort and call it a night.

Wake up to enjoy the views that surrounds you while you have your breakfast. After this, you will leave for Alleppey which is at a distance of 131 kms from Thekkady. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with warm hospitality and then you can check in your room. When you have rested well, you will leave for exploring the backwaters of Kerala which are not only beautiful but extremely tranquil places to be at.

You can even witness the boating contest that takes place yearly here. Alleppey is also famous for its sunsets, so if you do have time, just stop at the Pozhiyoram beach and take in the splendour of the setting sun.

Return to your resort after an eventful day and have a lavish dinner made from the regional spices of Kerala.

Wake up to a warm breakfast. Go outdoors for a nature walk and prepare to check out from the resort. Sign off from the trip with beautiful memories.
