Find your muse at V Resorts Ramgarh, which is surrounded by the captivating snow-capped ranges of the Himalayas. There’s something in the enchanting views of the mighty mountains — and the striking peace and solitude — that sets the creative juices flowing. Relax on the terrace, take in the warmth of the sun, browse through the magazines in the in-house library or sip a juice in the gazebo. Who knows, the scenic setting might just inspire the writer in you. After all, this is where Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore wrote parts of Geetanjali. And the Hindi writer and poet Mahadevi Varma was also known to visit Ramgarh while working on her novels and poems.

    V Resorts Kotagiri

    V Resorts Kotagiri

A retreat for nature and solitude lovers alike, V Resorts Kotagiri is a charming little property on a hillock surrounded by acres and acres of tea estates. While most Kotagiri resorts are situated bang in the middle of the town, our resort is located at a comfortable distance from all the bustle, on the outskirts of the town. This lends it a peaceful appeal, making it one of the best places to stay in Kotagiri.
While V Resorts Kotagiri, with its lush tea gardens, rolling hills and their valleys, is the ideal setting to enjoy natural beauty and the ever-pleasant Kotagiri climate, it is a great place to stay for travellers visiting Ooty and Coonoor too. These towns, being two of the most popular hill stations in South India, attract a deluge of tourists round the year. While this is good for business, it ruins the experience for travellers looking to enjoy these destinations without the constant crowds and bustle. Located at an optimum distance between Kotagiri, Ooty and Coonoor, our property affords an unadulterated experience of these places, with nothing to ruin it for you.
Visit the many tea gardens around the resort, watch tea being made in the tea factories nearby, or just relax around a bonfire or under the gazebo. If you’d like to travel more, head to the Doddabetta Mountain, the highest peak in the Nilgiris, and survey the entire region from the ‘telescope house’ at the top; visit Catherine Waterfalls and Wellington Lake, the latter of which is also a famous army cantt. Or head to Coonoor or Ooty. Either way, you’ll never run out of things to do in Kotagiri, at V Resorts Kotagiri.
