Can I make changes to a confirmed reservation?

To make changes to your reservation—such as the dates or number of guests—you'll need to send an alteration request to us 15 days prior to your check-in date. The change in reservation is subject to availability of rooms and the new check-in date should be within 15 days (before or after) of the initial check-in date.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

You can add a coupon on the checkout page—the same page where you submit your payment.

Click Coupon code near your subtotal

Enter the code and click Apply

Only one coupon can be applied per reservation. If your coupon has expired, there is no way to reactivate it.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

The entire amount of booking for the total period of stay has to be paid in order to confirm the booking. Once the booking is confirmed you will receive an acknowledgement mail from us where all the booking details will be mentioned.

What will be the charges if I want to cancel my booking?

1. Cancellation Charges of 25% of the total package price if reservation is cancelled prior to 7 days of Check-in date.

2. Cancellation Charges of 75% of the package price if reservation is cancelled within 7 days of Check-in date.

3. No Refund in case if reservation is cancelled on the day of Check-in date or in case of No Show.

What's the ideal check-in and check-out time at the resort?

The resort check-in time is 1300 hours and check-out time is 11.00 hour. For arrivals at the resort prior to 0700 hours, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night. Rooms will be held upto 1800 hours on the day of arrival unless prior information for late check-in is provided. For late check-out, a request may be made to the hotel and is subject to availability.
