A Guide To Our Favourite Haunts In The Capital City.

A city of forts, flyovers and flowering trees that showcase different seasons, Delhi is a place that has constantly evolved to match steps with the global world. It is a city that is now home to fading aristocrats as much as it is to migrant workers, bureaucrats and activists - but in reality it is a city that now belongs to everyone and to no one. The chaotic gullies of Chandni Chowk  lead to the wide, shaded avenues of Lutyens New Delhi, which is also the political powerhouse  of the country. It is therefore no surprise that an urbane village has now formed around a sixteenth century tomb and a magnificent forts are found next to slums and offices. Crammed with layers of history and thousands of stories, you will find moments of pure beauty here; an elderly man threading temple marigolds, devotional Sufi songs or a young boy flying a kite from a rooftop.

In short, Delhi is a city that has been reborn multiple times, despite being ravaged by multiple emperors and vestiges of lost empires can now be found in every neighbourhood. There is so much experience here, something that you will not find anywhere else in the world.
